Randall D. Stilley, President and Chief Executive Officer
Randall D. Stilley has served as Seahawk’s President and Chief Executive Officer since September 2008. Prior to joining Seahawk, Mr. Stilley was President and Chief Executive Officer of Hercules Offshore, Inc. from October 2004 to June 2008. From January 2004 to October 2004, Mr. Stilley was the Chief Executive Officer of Seitel, Inc. Mr. Stilley was also President of the Oilfield Services Division at Weatherford International, Inc. from 1997 to 2000. Prior to joining Weatherford, Mr. Stilley served in a variety of positions at Halliburton Company. He is a registered professional engineer in the state of Texas and a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers. Mr. Stilley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.

William C. (Kurt) Hoffman, Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
William C. “Kurt” Hoffman joined Seahawk as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in August 2009. Prior to joining Seahawk, Mr. Hoffman served as Vice President Marketing, Noble Drilling Services, Inc., a subsidiary of Noble Corporation since 2004. He held the position of Vice President, Western Hemisphere Operations at Noble Corporation from 2000 to 2004. Prior to Noble, Mr. Hoffman held several management positions with Triton Engineering Services from 1991 to 1999, including President, and Vice President International Operations. Mr. Hoffman began his career in the drilling industry with Zapata Offshore Company. Mr. Hoffman holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Southwest Texas State University.

James R. (Jim) Easter, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
James R. “Jim” Easter joined Seahawk as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in May 2010. Prior to joining Seahawk Mr. Easter served as Vice President – Corporate Development and Strategic Planning at McDermott International, Inc. from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that Mr. Easter was Vice President – Finance and Treasurer at McDermott. Mr. Easter has over 25 years of corporate level management experience. He began his career in energy banking at Bank of America, then Barclays Bank, and finally the Bank of Montreal. He has also worked in the merchant energy and private equity sectors before joining McDermott in 2002. Mr. Easter holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas at Austin, and later received his Masters in Business Administration from Thunderbird, The American Graduate School of International Management

Alejandro (Alex) Cestero, Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Secretary
Alejandro (Alex) Cestero was appointed Senior Vice President in August 2009. He has served as Vice President and General Counsel of Seahawk since October 2008. Prior to joining Seahawk, Mr. Cestero served as Deputy General Counsel, Business Affairs and Assistant Secretary for Pride since January 2007. Mr. Cestero joined Pride in April 2002 as Senior Counsel. In January 2004 he was named Assistant General Counsel and Assistant Secretary and served in this position until December 2006. Prior to joining Seahawk, Mr. Cestero had been responsible for legal oversight of the operational, commercial and general legal affairs of Pride’s worldwide operating divisions, as well as legal oversight of Pride’s strategic and business development transactions. Prior to joining Pride, he was with Bracewell & Giuliani LLP and Vinson & Elkins LLP. Mr. Cestero earned his Juris Doctor from Stanford Law School, and a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Arts from Rice University.

Raymond (Ray) Gonzales, Senior Vice President Human Resources
Raymond Gonzales was appointed Senior Vice President Human Resources in March 2010. Mr. Gonzales has 28 years of Human Resources experience in the Energy industry. Prior to joining Seahawk, Mr. Gonzales was Vice President of Human Resources for Madagascar Oil, an early stage heavy oil company. Mr. Gonzales also served in Vice President Human Resources roles at Arizona Public Service and Kerr-McGee Corporation. In addition, Mr. Gonzales spent 20 years at Conoco where he served in numerous Human Resources leadership roles in the U.S. and internationally. Mr. Gonzales holds a BBA in Personnel Management from Eastern New Mexico University and an MBA from the University of Colorado.

Robert E. Moore, Vice President, Corporate Development and Planning
Robert E. Moore joined Seahawk as Vice President, Corporate Development and Planning in May 2010. Mr. Moore worked Halliburton Company for over 20 years, with numerous financial and business management, corporate development, and strategic management roles. More recently, he was Vice President – Project Development for International Oil Trading Company. Mr. Moore earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and Masters of Business Administration from Baylor University.
